HOW TO JOIN

Step 1 - Institution Administrator charged with running the institution’s esports programs fills out the NJCAAE Annual Sign-up Form.

• If the institution is an existing NJCAAE member, they must fill out and submit the NJCAAE Seasonal Team Declaration Form by the designated deadline.

• The NJCAAE National Office will send an invoice to the institution based of the information collected in the form.

  • NJCAAE Membership Dues are currently $2,000 for 1 year of membership.

• Teams only need to fill out this form once per membership year.

  • Membership runs from August 1st - July 31st.​

• ​Now is the perfect time to meet with NJCAAE Staff!

• Note that NJCAAE Membership is exclusively for institutions with 2-year college programs.

Step 2 - Join the NJCAAE Discord Server if you have not already done so.

• If you do not already have a Discord account, you will need to create one.

• If you need assistance with joining the discord, please email esports@njcaa.org for assistance.

• Message any NJCAAE Staff Member in the discord server to receive the correct role.

Step 3 - Move on to whichever registration step is applicable to you:

• New Member Registration -

  • This registration is only needed for new members and program leads.

• Competition Registration -  

  • All members will need to register for NJCAAE competition utilizing the steps outlined in this document.
